Your income is growing. Is your financial plan growing with it?
Plano Money & Wealth Workshop: Build a Smarter Financial Plan for the Next 5 Years is an interactive evening designed for professionals, couples, homeowners, entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to become more intentional about building long-term wealth.
Instead of another presentation filled with financial jargon, this workshop focuses on the decisions people actually face:
How much should I keep in cash?
Am I investing enough?
Should I prioritize retirement accounts, brokerage investments or paying down debt?
How should taxes influence my financial decisions?
How do I know whether I'm actually on track?
During this practical 2-hour workshop, attendees will learn a simple framework for looking at their financial lives across five key areas:
Cash flow
Emergency reserves
Debt
Investing
Retirement & long-term wealth
You’ll also receive a Personal Wealth Roadmap Worksheet that you can use during the session to identify your own financial priorities for the next 12 months and the next five years.
Meet Your Host — Michael Carter
The evening will be hosted by Michael Carter, a North Texas financial education speaker and workshop facilitator who specializes in making personal finance easier to understand for busy working professionals.
Michael's teaching style focuses on real-world financial decisions rather than complicated terminology. His workshops use practical examples involving retirement contributions, investment allocation, emergency funds, lifestyle expenses and long-term financial goals.
He believes financial education should help people understand their choices — not pressure them into buying financial products.
Throughout the evening, Michael will walk attendees through practical scenarios, answer general financial questions and help participants create a clearer framework for their own financial decision-making.
Important: This event is for educational purposes only and does not provide individualized investment, tax or legal advice. No specific financial products will be sold during the workshop.
