Join EO's Sherry, and Lorraine from the Northside Gals for a Waterfront Walk and social Wednesday, April 23 at 10 a.m. at Munro Park.

Walk as long and as far as you like, depending on your ability. For those who would like a little bit of assistance, we'll have on hand some Urban walking poles for people to try, provided by Northside Family Practice. Using poles can help with stability, strength, and posture.
All levels of walkers are welcome! Come out for some exercise and friendship. The walk will be followed with a short social including tea & treats!
