About this Class: Let’s get slinky! In this workshop participants will learn sensual chair and floorwork movements and transitions. The focus will be on slowing down and milking every move to captivate your audience. Heels are optional but encouraged. You can bring a favorite chair to practice with if you wish. Kneepads are recommended.
About Allura Fette: This award-winning performance artist has 15 years of experience in various disciplines and roles within the nightlife entertainment industry. She is trained in the ways of striptease, fusion belly dance, fire, flow arts, pole dance, floorwerq, and more by some of the best entertainers in the business. She has been an instructor since 2013 offering classes at conventions, festivals, and local studios. Her life motto of "always learning, always growing" is seen in her continued education at every opportunity.
Allura’s passion is community and uplifting those around her. Whether it’s organizing networking events, peer reviews, or supporting others’ art, she strives to do her part to help others succeed. Her unofficial tagline is “The Fangirl of Burlesque” because you’ll often see her as a patron at shows cheering for everyone on stage.
