Join us for four days on the shores of Lake Superior, where water, forest, and spaciousness create the perfect container for rest, connection, and deep recalibration.This intimate women’s retreat is designed to slow you down, bring you back into your body, and offer space for honest reflection, nervous system restoration, and meaningful connection with other women. We will gather in a cozy cabin setting surrounded by nature, allowing the pace of the land to guide our time together.
Our days will be a blend of gentle structure and spacious flow. Expect mornings with coffee or tea overlooking the lake, guided practices to ground and soften your nervous system, time outdoors hiking and breathing in the North Shore air, and evenings rooted in warmth, laughter, and presence.
This retreat includes:
4 days / 3 nights of shared lodging on the North Shore of Lake Superior
All meals prepared and provided during the retreat
Daily guided experiences including meditation, breathwork, yoga, and hypnosis
Time in nature, including hiking and lakeside integration
A safe, intimate group container for connection, reflection, and rest
This experience is not about fixing or becoming someone new. It’s about creating space to listen, exhale, and return to yourself in an environment that supports honesty, embodiment, and ease.
