Merakey's Children, Teens, and Young Adults Division and the Chamber of Commerce invite you to celebrate the opening of Merakey's new North Philadelphia Education Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community open house on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
This new education center will serve students in grades K-8, providing specialized educational programming, autism support, emotional support, and therapy services in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Community members, families, students, and local partners are encouraged to attend this special event to meet our staff, tour the school, and learn more about the programs and services available. Guests can also enjoy free, family-friendly activities and entertainment for children while exploring the new space.
Merakey's North Philadelphia Education Center reflects our commitment to providing innovative educational solutions that help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The school joins Merakey's network of 11 additional schools throughout Pennsylvania that partner with families, school districts, and community organizations to support student success.
