Come join us for a Sports-Filled Day!

Equal Access to Training (E.A.T) presents to the youth of Northern Midland County a series of sports camps. These camps will teach kids the benefits of a warm-up before competing in sports, how to train for sports to gain strength, power and agility, and the attitude needed to be successful in sports, so that you don’t burn out or get stressed.

* Drill Stations w/ a variety of exercises

* Guest Speakers

* Snacks

Each day is a $10 registration fee to the camper. All campers are welcome to come any day they woul like. However, there will be different activities each day. Snacks will be provided.
