This month we are marking Refugee Week with an accomplished documentary about exile, resilience, belonging, friendship and family.
About this Event

This month we are marking Refugee Week with the screening of 'A World Not Ours', a touching documentary about three generations of Palestinian refugees in southern Lebanon. This intimate and humorous portrait of a stateless community borrows its title from a novel by the author and activist Ghassan Kanafani (whose books can be found in our ) and it is an illuminating example of preservation of collective memories.

We will have tea, coffee and popcorn available. The film is about 93 minutes long and there will be time afterwards for a chat.
