North-East Transactional Analysis Conference 2023

A warm welcome to all participants from all four fields of TA: Counselling, Educational, Organisational and Psychotherapy. We have a long standing tradition of welcoming qualified colleagues and students. We offer a day of training and networking which is also suitable for all modalities of counselling and psychotherapy. Come and join us to CONNECT, REFLECT and LEARN; whether you are new to the event or a long standing attendee.

The conference will open with a Key Note from Carol Wain (BSc (Hon) MSc (TA Psych) CTA (P) PTSTA, UKCP registered Psychotherapist) expanding our theme: Containment and Expansion: Working in and beyond the edges of the room”.

There will then be a range of high quality workshops in the morning and afternoon from which to choose. There will also be a chance to participate in various activities to support self-care, reflection, meditation and connection to nature, during our extended lunch break. The conference will conclude with a plenary.

The day will be adequately punctuated with breaks to allow for meeting new people, networking, catching up with colleagues and personal space in our beautiful setting.

There will be refreshments provided throughout the day. This includes tea and coffee on arrival, mid- morning drinks with freshly baked cookies and afternoon tea and cake . There will be a restaurant style lunch, where all dietary requirements can be catered for.
