North East Tech Charity Dinner

The annual Dynamo Dinner is evolving into a charity event, offering a unique opportunity for networking among our members and the broader tech sector, while raising essential funds to help bridge the digital divide in North East communities.

This tech sector networking dinner will bring together 200 guests, united by a shared mission to make a positive impact in our region.

In partnership with the Community Foundation, we’ve established the new to help reduce the digital divide. The evening will feature dinner, a keynote speaker (), and a live auction and raffle, with 100% of the proceeds from the auction and raffle going towards supporting this important fund.

MEALS - Delegates can choose from the following meal options:

• Vegetarian Meal (Default Option): Mushroom Ravioli with Celeriac, Baby Leeks, and Truffle Cream (vegan option is available upon request)

OR

• Meat Option (Pre-Booking Required): Roast Chicken Supreme with Truffle Mash, Celeriac, King Oyster Mushrooms, and Kale

DRINKS - Each ticket includes:

• Welcome drink on arrival during the networking reception.
• Half a bottle of wine per person (with the meal).
• Access to a bar tab for additional drinks, which can be purchased.

If you'd like to swap your wine for another option, alternatives such as beer or soft drinks are available.

This year, we have selected to choose a vegetarian menu by default. You and your guests will be served vegetarian unless you opt for a meat main course on your booking/guest information form.

• 25% admin charge if cancelled by 10th January 2025
• 50% admin charge if cancelled by 13th February 2025
• No refunds for cancellations made on or after 14th February 2025
