The meeting is the 'St Andrews dinner and Ceilidh dance' and will take place at the Maryculter House Hotel, Aberdeen AB12 5GB.
The event will start with pre-dinner drinks, followed by a 4-course meal and the evening will finish with Ceilidh dancing and live band 'Hipflask'.
