About this Event

The North East has never had a summit built specifically for its people leaders. This is the first one.

Hosted by We Are Zenith, the North East HR Summit 2026 brings together HR directors, people managers and business leaders from across the region for a day of honest conversation about where work is heading and what it means for us.

We're deliberately keeping it small. This isn't a trade show. It's a room where you can ask real questions, hear from people facing the same pressures you are, and leave with ideas you can use.

As a founding delegate you'll help shape what this summit becomes. You'll also help shape the North East Workforce Insights Report 2027, which we'll publish after the event with delegates credited as contributors.
