Join us for the 2025 Men's Fish Fry @ North Central Baptist Church on October 17th, 2025 from 6p - 8p. The cost is $5 (Pay at the event) and that includes Fried Fish, Grits, Coleslaw, Baked Beans and all the fixings! This is open to all men (tiny to 90+). Also, we will be having a contest for the largest fish caught in the past 12 months! A photo submission will be required!

Outdoorsman, Tim Conner, will be speaking and giving his testimony! Tim Conner was born in Jacksonville, Florida.Then in 1967, his family moved to Gainesville, where they joined North Central Baptist Church. After graduating from Gainesville High School in 1979, they moved to southwest Louisiana, Cajun country, which was home to his father and relatives.He and his wife, Diane, have been married for 30 years and are the proud parents of three children, one son-in-law and a grandchild, Shepherd.Tim and Diane are active members at Crossroads Baptist Church in Vinton, Louisiana, where Tim serves as a deacon in the church. Additionally, Tim and Diane lead a weekly small group Bible study in theirhome.Their involvement extends into the broader community as well. Guided by a desire to serve others andto make an impact for Christ; they began a transitional home for women in need. The ministry supports individuals striving to break the cycle of poverty, drug addictions and the need for affordable housing.He counts it as a blessing to return and share with the church that played a significant role in shaping his walk with Christ at an earlier age in his life.
