For our April, we've been given the opportunity to hold the event at the North Alabama Railroad Museum (the old Chase Nurseries Depot near Alabama A&M - 694 Chase Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811)The theme of this shoot is classic travel. Vintage looks are in. The museum has a number of vintage train cars and historic buildings (photos to follow). Please respect all the signs and warnings.

1. The railroad tracks on the south edge of the museum grounds are ACTIVE. Don't go on them. Period.
2. The museum asks that all professional photographers print and sign the agreement on the web page above. We ask that all photographers participating fill out the agreement, because so many photographers have been published.

Minors under 19 years old are welcome if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Age of Majority, the age when a person can execute a contract in AL, is 19 so even an 18 year old must have a guardian present at all times.

The event uses a shoot-out format, so it's not uncommon for one model to start posing with a single photographer and several other photographers join in to shoot from other angles. This format allows for photographers to share techniques, build skills and try things that are out of their comfort zone. The events also allow models to observe other models for techniques and build their skills base. We have found this approach works better than forcing every participant into a rigid structure where everyone gets the same shots on a schedule.
NOTE: This is a TFP event. Photographers are expected to load photos to a share drive for the models to view and download.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove individuals for disruptive or threatening behavior.
