About this Event
The tranquility of the studio meets the natural serenity of the Grand Garden as barre3 brings their total-body, low-impact workout to the Farm.
Barre3’s signature approach to exercise will give area locals a rewarding endorphin high, designed to balance the body. For added balance, participants can pair the experience with brunch at “the farmer’s daughter” Restaurant immediately following the workout.
- What to bring: B.Y.O. mat and water
- What does it cost: The barre3 experience is complimentary
- Brunch Reservations: Brunch is not required, but if you choose to stay for brunch, a reservation is required.
- When is it: Every Sunday in August from 8:30am-9:30am
