Must be 21+ to participate. All Sales are Final. Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.
Boarding Location: Spirit Yacht in Norfolk departs from: Otter Berth at 173 Waterside Dr, Norfolk, VA 23510.
Do Not Miss the Boat: Gates close at 11:55pm. Cruise leaves sharply at 12am. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or exchanges. We reserved a spot for you on our cruise.
Food: Snack food items will be available for purchase on board. We recommend eating a full meal prior to the event.
Dress Code: Pirate costumes preferred with all costumes welcomed. And costumes are not required but strongly encouraged. Masks must be easily removable prior to entering for ID verification.
No Weapons will be Tolerated including toy swords, knifes and or guns regardless if they do not appear to be real or not. No long flowing or vision impairing costume that may cause a tripping hazard.
Disclaimer: VIP Nightlife, Norva Nightlife & City Cruises have the discretion to turn away any guest because of costume or attitude. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and or to confiscate any props to a costume that may deem inappropriate or dangerous. Bag Requirements: The only permitted bags that are allowed onboard the vessel must meet the following requirements: All bags must be completely clear and no larger than 6 inches long and 5 inches tall. Any other bags or purses will not be allowed onboard.
Please Note: VIP Nightlife, Norva Nightlife, and Hornblower (City Cruises) are not responsible for personal items unattended for or left on the vessel by its guests.
Parking: City Cruises does not own or operate any parking lots in the area. Local parking is located at the Town Point Garage, on the corner or Waterside Drive and Main St; at 110 W Main St.
Parking is also available in the lot beside the Norfolk mural and at the Waterside District parking garage. The Waterside Garage is adjacent to Waterside District at the intersection of Waterside Dr and Atlantic Ave; at 801 Waterside Dr.
Additional parking is offered at the Boush Street Garage, Main Street Garage, MacArthur Center and other parking garages downtown and on the street.
* Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking. VIP Nightlife, Norva Nightlife, and Hornblower (City Cruises) are not responsible for any parking lots.
Party Responsibly: Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Lyft or Uber), a taxi service or designated driver.
Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and Norfolk's protocols to party safely and responsibly. If the event is canceled due to Covid-19; you will be refunded.
