The Barony of Nordwache invites the populace of Caid to join us for the celebration of our delayed 38th Baronial Anniversary. We usually see you in April, but as you all know the Plague put a lot of things on hold. We hope to have you come celebrate this day with us. This event runs from 11:00am to 6:00pm on October 16th.
Location: Hickey Park, 16850 Flint Ave, Hanford, CA 93230. This is a public park. Dogs are NOT allowed in the park. If you are bringing a service dog, please remember that all ADA and city laws must be followed pertaining to service dogs. Please keep tent stakes shorter than 9 inches.
Activities: Heavy Combat, Archery, Thrown weapons, Arts and Science Competitions, Scavenger Hunt, Silent auction and Donation Hot Dog luncheon to help offset the cost of The New Baronial Coronets.
Merchant Information: Contact the event stewards prior to the event. Form 410-D is required in advance.
Event Registration:
Adult Event Registration: $15, Adult Member Discount Event Registration: $10, Ages 10-17 $5, Children 9 and under are guests of the Barony. Cash and checks accepted at the gate. There will be no refunds.

Schedule of Events:
11:00am-ish - Opening court.
30 minutes after court: The day’s activities begin.
Arts and Sciences:
Baronial Championship - Rebirth and Renewal -Something you've recycled into something else. Documentation required
Youth Championship 13 and under- Rebirth and Renewal -Something you've recycled into something else. Documentation required
General Arts & Science - Throw the theme out the window. Any item created with in the last 90 days.
Bardic - open theme
cooking- Any dish that celebrates renewal. Must be individually packaged for tasting. Documentation required.
1:00pm to 2:00pm: Lunch fundraiser: Hot dog, chips, and drink.
3:00pm: A&S competitions and silent auction closes.
Directions:
From the south: Take Hwy 41 N, turn right onto Fremont Ave. Continue onto Flint Ave and destination will be on the left.
From the north: Take Hwy 41 S, turn left onto Fremont Ave. Continue onto Flint Ave and destination will be on the left.
