* PLEASE NOTE THESE WALKS ARE CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE *

Join a friendly, open Nordic Walking group led by Sustrans Volunteers.

The sessions are suitable for all abilities and beginners are very welcome.

Nordci walking poles are available to borrow.

Please wear sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather.

You may wish to bring along a snack and a drink for yourself.

Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Meet outside Crusoes on Tynemouth Longsands Beach.
