Nordic Walking (Rising Sun Country Park)

Join a friendly, Nordic Walking group led by Nordic Walking UK trained Sustrans Volunteers.

The free sessions are suitable for all abilities and beginners are very welcome.

Nordic walking poles are available to borrow.

If you are new to Nordic walking you will be shown the techniques involved.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking is essential so we can manage the number of participants on each session.

Meet outside the cafe at the Rising Sun Country Park.

Please wear sturdy footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather. You may wish to bring along a snack and a drink for yourself.

Please do not attend if you have any Covid-19 symptoms or have recently tested positive.
