Nordic walking is a full-body aerobic walking experience using specially designed poles with origins in cross-country skiing.
This is paid coaching to help you master Nordic walking technique. It will include video recording to give you immediate feeback for improvement.
We'll include drills and practice of supplemental exercises.
No need to bring trekking poles - Nordic walking poles provided. Look for the white Nordic walking banner.
