Join Nationally Certified Master Instructors Esther and Bill VanGorder as they introduce you to the accessible and inexpensive activity of Nordic Pole Walking. This class is designed for beginners and aims to help you improve and maintain your health through this fast-growing adult fitness activity. Learn:

- Equipment Provided: Authentic Nordic poles with proper thumb-hole cradle straps will be provided if you do not own a set. If you have your own poles, bring them along for personalized instruction.
