Join us for a breathtaking 90 minute easy Nordic Walk @ Johannesburg Botanical Gardens. Few gardens can match the sheer grandeur one of Johannesburg’s vital green lungs, dams and fountain setting against the natural and lanscaped areas and home to an abundance of wildife.
The morning will start choosing the correct poles for your specific height. Followed by a short warm up session, showing you the correct technique to walk with Nordic Walking Poles and variations to different terrains. Then we put it all in action and try our hand at Nordic Walking the trail in the garden, finishing with a few stretches afterwards and enjoy a cuppa as reward!
Gabel Nordic Walking poles will be available to purchase as well.
