Nordic Private Dinner — Midsummer Table
The first in a series of private tasting dinners at our loft in Poblenou.
An intimate gathering of up to 15 guests around a beautifully set table, celebrating Nordic cuisine in an atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere.
The menu is created by Chef Maria Reshetnikova, culinary TV host and pastry school instructor — 8 courses, her personal interpretation of Scandinavian flavors:
Seaweed butter with warm sourdough · Mushroom tartlet with fermented shallot · Danish chicken liver pâté with pickled beetroot and rye crackers · Lightly cured mackerel with fennel and rhubarb · Traditional Danish brunkartofler · Roasted beetroot salad with horseradish · Rainbow trout with dill and almond crust · Gluten-free almond cake with vanilla buttercream and caramelized almonds
Table styling is curated by Vilka Project, a Barcelona-based studio specializing in vintage interior pieces and table decor. Here, the table setting is not just a backdrop — it is part of the experience.
