10 years ago, Kate Mak started the first ever New Years Eve midnight class in Calgary. It's been a tradition for the last decade but this year she's switching it up to a Noon Year's Eve yoga class that will have an intention setting at the start, a fun flowy class to celbrate the year we've had, and a grounded closing to say goodbye to 2024 and prepare for 2025.
