This will be a hybrid meeting.

FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDEES: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the noon start time and park near the flag pole then enter the nearest doors where you check in at the front desk. If it is your first time, you will be asked for identification. Someone will escort you to the meeting room before the noon start time.

FOR ONLINE ATTENDEES: ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING DETAILS:

- Instructions will be provided only after RSVP is received and before the meeting. Make sure to check your emails!

- Join the call at 11:50 am PDT (Portland, OR)

- Meeting starts at 12:00 pm PDT SHARP!

- Meeting ends at 1:00 pm PDT

- Guests who attend may connect with members after the meeting for more information.
