The Nooga Hunger Walk Run, the first annual event of its kind, is dedicated to combating food insecurity in southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia. Hosted by the Chattanooga Area Food Bank and Feeding the Future, this community-driven initiative aims to raise funds and awareness for those struggling with hunger. On September 8th, starting at noon, registration will be open for the walk or run with the race to start at 2 PM. Whether you’re an avid runner or simply want to support a worthy cause, mark your calendar for this inspiring event!Bring the whole family to the Nooga Hunger Walk Run! While adults participate in the walk or run, there will be special events for the little ones who are too small to join the main race. The picturesque location at 201 Riverfront Parkway along the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga provides a scenic backdrop for this important cause.
