⚔️ NOOBHAMMER: FALL 2026 ⚔️
Presented by Dame's Games
NoobHammer is BACK!
After an incredible first event that brought together 25 members of Ottawa's Warhammer community for a full day of gaming, learning, painting, and hanging out, we're doing it all over again — bigger, better, and with everything we learned from our first NoobHammer!
📅 Saturday, November 7, 2026
🕙 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📍 Ottawa, Ontario
🎟️ General Admission: $30
NoobHammer is a Warhammer event built around one simple idea:
EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A PLACE AT THE TABLE.
Never played Warhammer before? Perfect.
Bought an army but have no idea how to actually use it? Come learn.
Been playing for years and just want a relaxed day of rolling dice and meeting other hobbyists? You're just as welcome.
NoobHammer isn't a tournament. It's a casual, community-focused Warhammer event where new players can learn without pressure and experienced players can enjoy games, help newcomers, and meet more people in the local hobby community.
🎲 WHAT TO EXPECT
⚔️ Warhammer 40,000 games throughout the day
🎓 Beginner-friendly Learn-to-Play games
🎲 Multiple game sizes and table types
💀 K*ll Team
📖 Custom and narrative scenarios
🎨 Dedicated painting & assembly area
🛍️ Warhammer merchandise
🎁 Raffles and prizes
🍕 Food & drinks
👥 Spectator and social areas
🤝 Experienced hobbyists available to help newer players
🪖 Loaner armies available for players who don't have their own
You do NOT need to know how to play before attending.
You do NOT need a massive army.
You don't even need to own an army.
If you've been interested in Warhammer but have been intimidated by the rules, the cost, finding opponents, or simply figuring out where to start, NoobHammer was created with you in mind.
Already know what you're doing?
Bring your army and come play! NoobHammer is just as much about bringing Ottawa's existing Warhammer players together as it is introducing new people to the hobby.
🎟️ GENERAL ADMISSION — $30
Your ticket provides access to the full event from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including the ability to register for scheduled gaming tables and participate in the day's activities.
Advance table registration information will be announced as we get closer to the event.
Our first NoobHammer started as an experiment.
25 people showed up.
Games filled the hall.
New players rolled dice for the first time.
People painted, traded stories, made friends, ate together, and spent the day enjoying this ridiculous hobby we all love.
Now it's time for Round Two.
Whether you joined us for the first NoobHammer or November 7 will be your first time walking through the doors:
WELCOME TO NOOBHAMMER.
⚔️ Build the community.
🎲 Share the hobby.
🏆 Create legends.
