ABOUT OUR PANELISTS:

Ashley Storck - President & Founder, Marketini Media

Ashley Storck is the CEO & Founder of Marketini Media, a marketing firm committed to working with the people, organizations, and businesses of Wisconsin. As a Gen-Z marketing maven and proud Business Badger, she brings a unique blend of fresh insights and time-tested expertise to the table. Leveraging her distinct generational perspective, Ashley excels at understanding and addressing the evolving challenges faced by businesses and nonprofits in the digital age.

Ashley has introduced President Joe Biden and was invited to the White House for a Small Business Leader Summit, highlighting her influential role in the business community. She has been interviewed live on NewsNation and featured in WPR, Business Insider, and more. With a heart for community engagement and a mind sharp with strategic marketing acumen, Ashley has fostered meaningful brand-audience connections for over a decade. When she’s not girl-bossing, she enjoys exploring Wisconsin with her fiancé and their two corgis.

Kate Rowell - Communications Coordinator @ WayForward Resources

Kate Rowell joined the WayForward Resources team in the new role of Communications Coordinator in October 2025. Kate earned her masters degree in Museum Studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program in 2019, and has a background in exhibition development. She has worked for cultural organizations across the East Coast and Midwest. Within the last six years, Kate served as the Digital Marketing Specialist at Madison Children’s Museum and Marketing Specialist at the Wisconsin Veterans Museum.
In addition to her work with WayForward, Kate facilitates empathy-building workshops with the Seattle-based nonprofit World Without Hate. She is passionate about creating concise, moving campaigns, loves a strong visual brand, and believes the most compelling marketing comes from dialogue with your community.

Steve Mintz - Marketing Director, Huston Design

Steve is a marketing nerd driven to help brands get the most out of their marketing investment. He is a strong believer that marketing strategy should be tied to business goals. Steve is also a marketing Rosetta Stone, able to translate and communicate seamlessly between designers, developers, database administrators, executives, and sales and marketing leaders. While he has done just about everything there is to do in marketing, website and graphic design is not his thing, which is why he works with the great team at Huston Design.

When he’s not thinking about marketing, Steve loves Rotary, cooking, curling (the sport, not his hair), soccer, traveling, the Wisconsin Badgers, and the beauty of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
