• Strengths in Action: Interactive group games and activities designed to reveal how different talents manifest in a team setting.
• Small Group Discussion: Tailored breakout sessions for both assessment-takers and general attendees to discuss application and growth.

Gary Cahen is the owner of Cahen Ambler and a Gallup-Certified coach with nearly 25 years of experience in higher education leadership. Currently managing well-being and student success programs for one of the largest public universities in the U.S., Gary oversees the development of over 400 employees annually. A retired NCAA Division I football official and Hall of Fame inductee, Gary brings a unique blend of humor, relatability, and diverse real-world experience to help individuals and organizations thrive.
