About out Speaker:

Dr. Elizabeth Scott, PhD, is an organizational development consultant with a passion for empowering organizations through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. With over two decades of experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and human capital development for nonprofits and associations, Dr. Scott has a proven track record of driving organizational success. She is a respected speaker on strategic planning, board governance, and nonprofit capacity building.


Dr. Scott is currently working on her upcoming book and is excited to share insights from her research in her upcoming talk, "How Work Really Happens: The Power of Social Mapping." As part of her larger research project, attendees will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary social network map for their organization, providing valuable insights into their team dynamics and relationships. Dr. Scott holds multiple certifications and has taught graduate-level courses at The Chicago School and George Mason University. She holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
