We do not judge here at Earth and Soul. We recognize that sometimes we just need to talk about what we've been through or are feeling without the pressure of going to see a professional who will cost money. Sometimes we just need a friendly and understanding space and people to confide in. This created the idea of Non-judgment Mic Night.

You never know how many people are feeling exactly the same as you or who has gone through the exact same or a similar experience to what you have.
