Do you have a pretty good pool roll but an iffy river roll? This class gives whitewater kayaks an opportunity to improve their combat roll technique in a safe, controlled and focused environment with a supportive instructor. Led by NOLI instructor Ryan Shealy on the lower Nolichucky River in Northeast Tennessee, instruction will first be given on skills and techniques to improve your roll on flatwater, and then ample opportunity to practice in carefully selected locations in moving water that are conducive to safe learning as you move downriver.
