Nokomis Beach Yoga 🌊Join us Saturdays & Sundays at 8:00 AM throughout the summer, plus Thursday Sunset Yoga on the beach.
No yoga mat needed — just bring a beach blanket or towel, water, and comfortable clothes.
Beginners welcome. All levels welcome.
Accessible beach yoga focused on improving strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and overall well-being in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, classes offer options for different experience levels and abilities.
