Meditation is both sound and movement. It is alive in us, and we, in it. Breathing in, we know we are creation. Breathing out, we create.
On January 12th, on the eve of a full moon, join us in the ball room of the beloved SHO STUDIOS for an ancestral sound meditation.
You are invited to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water. Our session will begin with a meditative sound scape that will intuitively move into a guided meditation, and close as it began.
About Our Ancestral Sound Meditation:
Rooted in gratitude and power, we acknowledge the ancestors within, without, above and below. Breathing in, we know we agreed to come into this world. Breathing out, our existence is with purpose.
As a child, Teajai Travis, intuitively inherited an ancestral modality of meditative manifestation. When he returned to his ancestral home of Bermuda, and channeled the ritual into the ocean at the rising of the sun, the Travisian Triangle materialized. This practice of ancestral connection and gratitude revealed to be an inheritance of generational wealth. As part of a commitment to serve, this ancestral sound meditation is being shared selflessly, without prejudice. Breathing in, we know we have more than we need. Breathing out, we share and we serve.
Our sound meditation invites everybody, of every faith, to come together in peace, joy, and happiness. We acknowledge we all have our human experience in common, and we all acknowledge we are more than our physical existence. We are mind, body, and energy. We expand, contract, explode, repeat; a symphony of cosmic consciousness in every cell of every cell.
We are healed.
We are healthy.
We are at peace.
