NOIRVEMBER MOVIE NIGHTS

Each November, movie fans celebrate the hallmark antiheroes, femme fatales, moral complexities, and the stunning black & white cinematography of film noir. Free popcorn will be served, and a discussion will follow each screening. 

NOV 7: Don't Bother to Knock (Roy Ward Baker, 1952) While baby-sitting in a hotel, a beautiful woman (Marilyn Monroe) begins a flirtation with one of the hotel's guests (Richard Widmark), however there is more to her than meets the eye.

NOV 14:  Too Late for Tears (Byron Haskin, 1949) When a woman stumbles upon a suitcase filled with $60,000 of stolen money, her greed drives her to keep the cash by any means necessary.

NOV21: The Naked Kiss (Samuel Fuller, 1964) A former prostitute relocates to a buttoned-down suburb, determined to fit in with mainstream society. But perverse secrets simmer beneath the wholesome surface of the town.
