NOI 2026 gruppo “ongoing”
Un percorso a gruppo chiuso che si svilupperà attraverso 5 incontri di una domenica a Bologna e un fine settimana residenziale presso Podere Dagnino, in Toscana.
Dopo il primo incontro a gennaio 2026 non sarà più possibile iscriversi. Per partecipare è richiesto un impegno completo: l’esperienza è aperta solo a chi sceglierà di intraprendere l’intero percorso fin dall’inizio.
Questo tipo di dedizione crea uno spazio di lavoro continuativo e profondo.
La continuità e la stabilità del gruppo favoriscono un’esperienza speciale, grazie al creare insieme un campo di fiducia, ascolto e sostegno reciproco. Il cammino condiviso, passo dopo passo, permette un’esplorazione più intima e consapevole.
Un gruppo che condivide lo stesso intento di dedicare energia e tempo sul proprio sviluppo personale per mezz’anno crea un campo potente.
Lavoreremo con i livelli Waves e Heartbeat dei 5Ritmi, esplorando diverse mappe e strumenti per muovere il corpo, attraversare le emozioni e coltivare presenza, verità e connessione.
Nel 2026 ci accompagnerà in particolare una mappa che amo profondamente: “Il Cammino del Guaritore Ferito”, creata da Gabrielle Roth. Questo lavoro è stato per me una fonte di trasformazione e guarigione profonda, e sento ora il desiderio e la responsabilità di condividerlo con chi sente la chiamata.

Olivia, insegnante della pratica dei 5Ritmi©, mentore, organizzatrice di eventi, danzatrice da tutta la vita. Nata a Londra, ha fatto dell’Italia la sua casa dal 1986. Dedica la sua vita allo studio di diverse tecniche di danza, movimento e autoguarigione da oltre 30 anni. Nel 2006 ha intrapreso il cammino con la pratica dei 5Ritmi e nel 2014 ha ottenuto la certificazione come insegnante del livello Waves, per poi ottenere quella del livello Heartbeat nel 2022.

NOI 2026 “ongoing” group
A ongoing, closed group journey that will unfold through 5 Sunday gatherings in Bologna and one residential weekend at Podere Dagnino, in Tuscany.
After the first meeting in January 2026, it will no longer be possible to join. Full commitment is required to participate: the experience is open only to those who choose to take part in the entire journey from the beginning.
This kind of dedication creates a space for continuous and deep work.
The continuity and stability of the group foster a special experience, as we build together a field of trust, listening, and mutual support. Sharing the path step by step allows for a more intimate and conscious exploration.
A group that shares the same intention to dedicate energy and time to personal development through the practice of the 5Rhythms for half a year creates a powerful field.
We will work with the Waves and Heartbeat levels of the 5Rhythms, exploring various maps and tools to move the body, move through emotions, and cultivate presence, truth, and connection.
In 2026, we will be guided in particular by a map I deeply love: “The Path of the Wounded Healer,” created by Gabrielle Roth. This work has been a source of deep transformation and healing for me, and I now feel the desire and responsibility to share it with those who feel called.

FACILITATOR:
Olivia is a certified teacher of the 5Rhythms© practice, mentor, event organizer, and lifelong dancer. Born in London, she has made Italy her home since 1986. She has dedicated over 30 years to the study of various dance, movement, and self-healing techniques. Her journey with the 5Rhythms began in 2006, receiving her Waves level certification in 2014, followed by her Heartbeat level certification in 2022.
