NoGravity Theatre: Divine Comedy

Step into an otherworldly experience with NoGravity Theatre’s Divinia Commedia Reloaded. Their reinterpretation of Dante’s Divina Commedia (The Divine Comedy) pushes the boundaries of theatrical illusion. Dancers seem to defy gravity with physically impossible maneuvers—they float, walk upside down, create human sculptures that don’t follow the rules of physics. This jaw-dropping performance melds beauty, dreams, marvel, and illusion into “a performance that leaves you stunned by its wonder. Electrifying. This truly is a Theatre of Marvels” (Michelle Castelletti, Oxford Arts Festival).
NoGravity Theatre was founded in Rome, Italy, in 2005.
Inspired by classical Italian arts, NoGravity is a multi-disciplinary, one-of-a-kind performing arts company.
NoGravity perfected the technique of connecting stage action and its mirrored reflection, creating an entirely new and mind-boggling perspective for audiences.
