The Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) guides Sailors, their families, and DoD Civilians on how to physically train safely and effectively and to make healthy nutritional choices. This course begins with classroom-based lecture, followed by a NOFFS workout.
The NOFFS program is FREE to all MWR-authorized patrons. Register today at the Fitness Center or call 850-623-7412.
