Held during the opening week of Colored by Flame: The Artistry of Katō Ryōtarō at Joan B Mirviss LTD, this event offers a rare opportunity to enjoy matcha served in tea bowls handcrafted by the artist himself.
Born from the clay, fire, and natural landscapes of Japan, Katō’s vessels meet the beauty of Central Park in this intimate seasonal gathering.

The gathering will take place at The Pool, Central Park. The exact meeting location within the park will be shared with all registered participants prior to the event.

Guests will enjoy freshly prepared matcha served in a tea bowl handcrafted by Ryotaro Kato, accompanied by a seasonal Japanese sweet specially selected for this occasion.
