On Friday, April 25th we will be having our next 2nd and 4th Friday Live Band Night with Zizania Swing. We love them so much we had them for our All That Glitters New Years Eve Ball and we are very happy to have them back.Our Live Band Nights are even more special then our regular dances and we always get an amazing turnout for these events. So, please tell your friends and family. This is such a cool way to introduce folks to our community.
We have a beginner swing dance lesson from 6:00 - 7:00 followed by a swing dance until 10:00. For our Live Band Nights we will be charging $10 or what you can afford (children and young students $5) and that also includes the beginner swing dance lesson. If you can afford $10 or more that would be great and if you can only afford $1 that is great too!
Please remember that NoCo Swing Dance is a non-profit organization and all of our funds go directly towards our events.
Our 2nd and 4th Friday dances are located at the historic Masonic Temple Event Center Ballroom! (Northwest Corner door entrance, in the basement).
The Masonic Temple Event Center Shoe Policy - Only clean, non-marking shoes are permitted. Please thoroughly clean the soles of the shoes that you will be using for dancing, and carry them in. Then change in the lobby so that no grit and dirt is tracked in from the outside.
All are welcome!
We are a very beginner friendly dance community and absolutely love new dancers.
No partner is ever needed!
