Here’s how it works:
🏃‍♂️ Teams of 4 (2 girls + 2 guys)
📍 4K Relay around St James’s Park (1K each runner)
🔥 Weekly Qualifiers – 5 weeks of racing
🏆 Grand Final in Week 6 – fastest teams face off for the ultimate prize
