You've heard of BPA, phthalates, endocrine disruptors — but nobody explains what they're doing to your body. Tonight, we fix that.
About this Event

Nobody warned us.
Not about the fragrance in our laundry detergent. Not about the mold quietly growing behind a wall. Not about the pesticides on our food, the plastics in our water, or the chemicals we absorb through our skin a hundred times a day before we've even left the house.

We weren't warned — and most of us are carrying a growing toxic load we never agreed to, never asked for, and never knew was building.

This talk is for the woman who's done "all the right things" and still doesn't feel right. Who's been told her labs are normal. Who suspects her environment might be part of the picture but doesn't know where to start or what to do about it.

What we'll cover:

What toxins actually are — and where they're coming from.
We're not talking about dramatic chemical spills. We're talking about everyday exposures: makeup, cleaning supplies, cookware, food packaging, indoor air, water, and more. Most of us are exposed to hundreds of potentially disruptive or hazardous chemicals before noon without even realizing it.

How accumulation works — and why "it didn't K*ll me" isn't the whole story.
The body has remarkable capacity to process and eliminate toxins — up to a point. The problem is cumulative load. Individual exposures may seem harmless in isolation, but when your detox pathways are overwhelmed by the total burden over time, even small exposures start to matter. This is the piece nobody explains.

What toxins actually do in the body.
Hormone disruption. Thyroid interference. Immune dysregulation. Neurological effects. Gut disruption. Many of the most common synthetic chemicals we encounter daily are not as inert as we have been led to believe. Just because you don't see the damage, doesn't mean it's not there. And, just because something doesn't K*ll you instantly, doesn't make it safe.

The burden your body is carrying that almost nobody is measuring.
Standard lab panels don't assess toxic load, liver detox capacity, or chemical, heavy metal, or biotoxin exposures. Functional testing can — and the difference between what shows up on a routine panel versus what functional assessment reveals is often significant. We'll talk about what that testing actually looks at and what it can tell us.
When lifestyle changes aren't enough.
In my work with women navigating complex chronic symptoms, toxic burden is almost always part of the picture — and almost always underestimated.

What you can actually do about it — starting NOW.
Practical, prioritized, realistic. Not an overwhelming overhaul — a strategic approach to reducing your total load in the areas that matter most. We'll talk about where to start, what swaps have the highest impact, and how to think about your home, your products, and your food in a way that actually makes a difference without making you crazy.

This talk is for you if:
You've been told your labs are normal but something still feels off. You're curious about how your environment might be affecting your health. You have heard a little hype but want the science behind the headlines. You want practical information without fear-mongering or overwhelm. You're ready to understand what's actually going on — and what to do about it.

This talk is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice. I am not a physician. The information shared is based on functional health science and evidence-informed wellness strategies.

Space is limited. $12 ticket — bring a friend with you free.
