Led by Edrington’s whiskey expert, Alex Thibault, this dinner will feature Noble Oak’s high-quality wood stave finished whiskey. The stave finishing process uses narrow strips of wood to add depth and complexity. Experience the flavor difference from 3 different staves: (1) Sherry Oak, (2) Port Wine, and (3) a reserve bourbon with Japanese Mizunara Oak, Orloroso Sherry-seasoned European Oak, and American Ex-Bourbon Oak.
