On April 22, Sip School blooms inside Carroll Hall, a greenhouse‑meets‑garden oasis tucked into Bushwick. This Earth Day, we’re diving into the world of sustainable, natural, and biodynamic wine: what the buzzwords mean, what actually matters, and how farming choices ripple into flavor, body, and the health of the planet.
