NO VACANCY Official Closing Party

Join us on Friday, November 22 from 5pm–10pm for the final event of NO VACANCY 2024. This unique and immersive artist residency occupying two vacant warehouse spaces in RiNo has reached it's closing date after almost 12 weeks! We invite you all to help us bid farewell to the incredible work and effort from the resident artists.

Presented by RiNo Art District in collaboration with Uplands Real Estate Partners, this innovative artist residency program brings together 11 local artists who will reveal their final work with the community since beginning their residency. Explore two vacant warehouses at 3911 and 3925 Walnut Street, transformed into vibrant spaces featuring art installations, performance art, digital media, and more.
This can’t-miss celebration is free to attend, food from Adobo, DJs and a fabulous bar by NPU events with drinks including Ratio Beerworks, Best Day Brewing and more!

Special Artist Performances include:

Kate Major with a drop in crafting station with felt and glue to make your own microbe mask during the closing party. Dmitri Obergfell with a special curated group show. Marcus Moody with drop-in listening sessions featuring new compositions and covers. A guest appearance by Shadows Gather showcasing local photographer talent. Saxon Martinez and Celi Torres feature new art performances. Eren Autumn performs new projected visuals and so much more!
