Reward-seeking is an evolutionary success strategy. So is its counterpoint: loss avoidance. When opportunity knocks and both strategies come into play, which should take the driver’s seat?
This 90-minute immersive and dynamic workshop is designed to help you:
• Understand how the interplay of reward-seeking and loss-avoidance shapes motivation
• Explore strategies to inspire courage and resilience in teams facing high-stakes decisions in uncertain times.
Built around a simplified Hero’s Journey framework, the emphasis is on practical applications. You’ll leave the workshop equipped with tools to enable you to navigate the challenges of risk-taking and setbacks in pursuit of growth, both for yourself and in team situations.
Join us on Friday, 31st of October, from 9:15 am to 11:00 am at the Manifold Coworking Space in New Plymouth.
