Homelessness doesn’t always look like what we expect. Sometimes it’s a family one paycheck behind… a senior choosing between medication and rent… a parent working two jobs who still can’t catch up. These are our neighbors—right here in our own community.
Homeless Prevention Partners steps in when no one else can. When other programs have reached their limits or funding falls short, we fill the gap. We provide that hand up at the moment it matters most—helping people catch up on bills, stay in their homes, and rebuild stability before they lose everything.
