No Ordinary Love Scent Design and Candle Making Workshop

Agape. Eros. Philia. Storge. The workshop is an exploration of the many dimensions of love–self-love, familial affection, the warmth of friendship, the tenderness of intimacy, the deep agape felt for one's culture.

In this workshop, Bright Black co-founders Tiffany and Dariel will guide you on a scent journey inspired by love in the broadest sense of the word. In the first part of the workshop you will blend scents to capture memories, feelings, and images related to love. In part two of the workshop, you will use your custom-designed scent to create your very own candle.

2 hours of instruction by experienced chandlers and scent designers

An overview of the candle making process

A custom fragrance design experience

One custom candle in a signature black matte vessel

Additional candles available for purchase

Candles can be picked up after a 48 hour curing time. Please allow 3-5 days to enjoy.
