Join us at this free family event coming up September 7th at 9am! The event will take place along the LINC trail (exact location TBD). The event will include multiple Coping Skill Stations such as pet therapy, art therapy, yoga, music, gardening, vision boards, and more!
This is an opportunity to honor loved ones that have lost their life to suicide as well as raise awareness of mental health illness - including thoughts of suicide.
Learn ways to cope with feelings of anxiety and depression and new skills to strengthen your mental health! Use this as an ice-breaker to speak to your kids or teens about Mental Health!
