Presentations on militarization, NATO and resistance by anti-war and anti-imperialist activists of local organizations mentioned above with the participation of Women's International League of Peace and Freedom-Vancouver, Retired Teachers for Divestment and more.
NATO is holding a Summit in Turkiye on July 7 and 8; the people are organizing counter summits and marches to oppose NATO aggression, increased military spending, the expanding arms trade and bases. The International League of People's Struggles, No to NATO Coalition, Global Women United against NATO, Resist US-led War, the World Peace Council, the United National Anti-War Coalition (US) and other coalitions are mobilizing. It is important for anti-imperialists and anti-war individuals and groups to work in solidarity against this common problem.
