Tons of stuffy-themed classes have left me with a random assortment of stuffed animals - Bluey, Stitch, Squishmallows and more. Each child will have the chance to "adopt" a stuffy for this special No Nap Club session.When your young child drops their nap, afternoons can feel long! Here's a great way to fill your child's Friday afternoon with movement and mindfulness. Each week will include a new theme, yoga flow, crafts, games, songs and more!
